Gal Goren is Co-Founder and CTO at Skapion, a defense technology company building a native counter-swarm system designed to detect, engage, and neutralize large-scale drone attacks for military forces and critical infrastructure.

Gal is an experienced executive of complex multidisciplinary product companies, educated at Tel Aviv University, with a career spanning advanced engineering leadership roles across Israel's deep tech ecosystem.

Gal brings a rare combination of multidisciplinary engineering depth and executive leadership, enabling Skapion to architect a system that integrates interceptor hardware, avionics, sensor fusion, and autonomous command-and-control into a single mobile platform.

As CTO, Gal leads the engineering organization at Skapion, which has rapidly grown to several dozen specialists in aerospace, robotics, autonomy, and defense technologies since its founding in October 2025.

Skapion secured a $36 million Seed round co-led by Khosla Ventures and UP.Partners, and is actively pursuing system validation with allied defense agencies across Israel, the United States, and partner nations.
