Gal is a decorated veteran of the Israel Defense Force's Technology and Intelligence Unit 8200, and brings over 15 years of experience building software companies across cybersecurity, AI, fintech, and blockchain.

Gal previously co-founded HiredScore, an AI-powered talent technology company acquired by Workday for $520 million, and co-founded ClearX, an enterprise blockchain clearing network serving global telecom giants like Vodafone, Telefonica, and Deutsche Telekom.

Prior to Beacon, Gal served as Group CTO at Team8 venture group, advising portfolio companies at scale, and worked as an engagement manager at Sygnia helping protect multinational corporations from cyber threats.

Beacon has achieved over 300% ARR growth in H1 2026, is trusted by Fortune 500 security teams across financial services, healthcare, and technology, and recently closed a $13 million seed round led by Notable Capital.
