Dr. Gerald Mitchell Jr. (Ed.D.) is Co-Founder and COO of Reflekt Me, an Atlanta-based B2B SaaS platform transforming inclusive e-commerce by embedding short-form video and real-people imagery directly onto product pages.

Gerald met his co-founder and wife, Tope Mitchell, in graduate school at Indiana University, and later earned his doctorate and studied at the University of Southern California, building over 10 years of executive leadership experience in higher education and college administration.

Gerald is a psychology enthusiast, user-centric product leader, and strategic builder who views Reflekt Me not just as a product, but as a movement to bring underrepresented consumers into the digital retail experience.

As COO and Product Manager, Gerald led the technical architecture of Reflekt Me's platform, building its first high-fidelity prototype that won a founders pitch competition and secured $30K in initial software development services.
