Gil Maman is Co-Founder and CTO of Pluto Security, a next-generation AI workspace security platform protecting enterprises from the risks introduced by employee-built AI tools, agents, and automations.

A self-taught developer since age 11, Gil earned a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, then served over six years in Israeli Military Intelligence in advanced cyber R&D and security engineering roles.

Gil also held engineering roles at eBay, building machine learning systems and OSINT tools for threat intelligence, and conducted academic research in static analysis and software integrity at leading Israeli universities.

As CTO, Gil co-architected Pluto's agentless endpoint platform combining real-time AI activity monitoring, contextual risk analysis, and policy enforcement, helping the company reach multi-million-dollar ARR in under a year of commercial operations.

Pluto has secured over 1 million endpoints globally, serves more than 40 enterprise customers including Oscar Health and Fortune 500 firms, and was named AI Security Endpoint Leader in the 2026 Latio AI Security Market Report.
