Gilad Uziely

Gilad Uziely is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sequence, an Israeli-founded, NYC-based fintech startup pioneering the world's first financial routing platform for consumers and small businesses.
Gilad earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Technology Sydney and built a career spanning economic development, open innovation, and entrepreneurship across Israel and Australia.
With over 12 years of experience transforming ideas into products, Gilad is passionate about the intersection of personal finance, cash flow automation, and startups, and has been a vocal advocate for Israel's tech ecosystem.
Prior to Sequence, Gilad co-founded Lance, a neobank for freelancers that scaled to tens of thousands of business customers, and earlier served as Director of Economic Development at Tel Aviv Global and Head of Open Innovation at the Municipality of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
Sequence has raised $14.5M in total funding led by Aleph and Emerge Ventures, achieved 600% revenue growth in 2024, and manages over $500 million in assets through its platform.
