Gouthami T S is Co-Founder and CEO of AquaAirX Autonomous Systems, a Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup pioneering AI-enabled amphibious and underwater autonomous drones for defence and critical commercial applications.

Gouthami studied at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology and co-founded AquaAirX in 2024 alongside CTO Jitendra Kumar Purnmal Saini, driven by a shared passion for robotics, aerospace engineering, and autonomous systems.

Recognized for her ability to engineer groundbreaking solutions in the aeronautical space, Gouthami is focused on eliminating fragmentation in maritime operations by building truly multi-domain autonomous platforms.

Under her leadership, AquaAirX raised a seed round of Rs 12.5 crore led by Rainmatter (Zerodha's investment arm), with participation from Prime Venture Partners, Wyser, and India Accelerator.

AquaAirX has achieved Technology Readiness Level 6 for its flagship amphibious platform, been selected for Israel Aerospace Industries' NeuSPHERE program, and cleared multiple milestones under India's iDEX initiative.
