Govind Kavaturi

Govind Kavaturi is Co-Founder of Dock (YC S26), a multiplayer agent workspace designed for AI-native teams where specialized, proactive agents handle the work of entire departments. He is a serial entrepreneur and AI builder-operator who has built businesses from zero to $1M ARR twice and zero to $100M ARR once.
Govind grew up in Hyderabad, India, dropped out of college at 17, and started his first venture at 18, going on to earn a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University and build global teams across Asia. He was an early team member at Branch, where he served as Director of International Expansion for APAC, scaling the region from zero to $25M+ ARR and helping Branch achieve unicorn status and Forbes Cloud 100 recognition.
Govind has been a speaker at major Asia tech conferences including the Echelon Asia Summit and GMIC, and served as India President of the Kairos Society, a global network of elite entrepreneurs under 25 mentored by world leaders. His operator mindset, built through years of autonomous, founder-level decision-making, is a defining hallmark of his leadership style.
Before Dock, Govind co-founded Thena, an AI-powered B2B customer communication platform backed by Lightspeed, First Round Capital, PEAR VC, and Tenacity Capital, raising over $7M across two funding rounds. He also served as Head of Revenue at Epsilo, a Sequoia-funded retail media startup, leading end-to-end GTM functions across sales, partnerships, and customer success.
At Dock, Govind and co-founder Mike Molinet are reimagining how humans and AI agents collaborate, building a workspace where agent teams communicate, unblock, and manage each other autonomously. Accepted into Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch, Dock is positioned at the frontier of the AI-native workplace revolution.
