Grégoire Lamy is Co-Founder at Ooak Data, a Paris-based applied AI research lab backed by Y Combinator (S26) that is building the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets to power AI agents.

Grégoire built a strong product and operations career in the French fintech ecosystem, serving as a data-driven Product Lead at Epsor, where he joined as the first product manager and grew the team, and later overseeing RevOps and data departments as an executive committee member.

With deep expertise in B2B2C fintech and AI-driven product strategy, Grégoire brings a rare blend of go-to-market, operations, and data leadership to Ooak Data's mission of making AI agents reliable in complex real-world environments.

Prior to co-founding Ooak Data, Grégoire led product and operations at Epsor, a French fintech, and contributed to venture sourcing and acceleration at Axeleo, France's leading enterprise tech accelerator.

Ooak Data, part of YC Batch S26, is on a mission to acquire and anonymize 300+ full data ecosystems from real-world companies, with plans to launch a proprietary AI data research lab by early 2027.
