Greg Kamradt

Greg Kamradt is President at ARC Prize Foundation, a nonprofit building AI benchmarks used by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, and xAI to measure progress toward artificial general intelligence. He co-led the 2024 ARC Prize competition that attracted over 1,400 teams and 17,000 submissions with a $1 million prize pool.
Greg earned a degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University and spent several years at Salesforce, rising to Director of Strategy & Growth leading a team of 8 data scientists and analysts. He later led operations and product at Digits, an AI accounting startup.
Greg is the founder of Leverage, an AI education studio that has taught over 100,000 developers how to build AI applications through his YouTube channel with 66,000 subscribers. He authored the original Needle In A Haystack analysis, a widely cited benchmark testing long-context utilization of large language models.
Greg joined Mike Knoop and Francois Chollet to launch ARC Prize in June 2024, which awarded over $125,000 in prizes and achieved a top score of 53% on the private evaluation. He was featured on OpenAI's live stream with Sam Altman announcing the o3 model's performance on ARC-AGI.
Under Greg's leadership, ARC Prize is transitioning to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation and developing ARC-AGI-3, an interactive reasoning benchmark where frontier AI scores 0% while humans score 100%. The foundation is establishing an academic network and launching fundraising initiatives to make ARC-AGI the industry standard for measuring AGI.
