Balance combines AI agents with human accountants to deliver real-time, audit-ready bookkeeping through their AI agent Bea, accessible via Slack, WhatsApp, or email. The company is part of Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch and incorporated in January 2026.
Balance aims to disrupt the 680 billion dollar annual accounting services market where over 80% of firms still rely on manual spreadsheet-based processes. The platform has already onboarded multiple clients despite launching just weeks ago.
