Gustavo Victorica is Co-Founder and COO at RecargaPay, a leading Brazilian fintech platform serving over 10 million users with payment, wallet, investment, and credit services. He has been with the company since January 2010 and serves as a member of the board.

Gustavo studied Economics at Universidad de San Andres in Argentina and spent one semester at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania specializing in corporate finance. He worked as an Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as CFO at Fnbox.com from 2004 to 2014.

Over 14 years at RecargaPay, Gustavo raised over $28.6 million in venture funding and led major acquisitions including Cuponica.com, Clickae.com, and Cupoint.com. He also completed the sale of Sonico.com to Match/IAC and managed corporate restructuring across 10 corporations in 6 countries.

His responsibilities span M&A, strategic business development, administration, customer support, corporate legal matters, HR, and international operations and expansion. RecargaPay has raised over $120 million from global investors including IFC, IDB Invest, and Fuel Venture Capital.

RecargaPay has recorded over 30 million app downloads and is authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil as a financial institution. The platform operates across 60+ cities in Brazil with over 600 employees based in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires, and Miami.
