Guy Raz is Co-Founder and CTO at AgriPass, an AI-powered agricultural robotics company developing non-chemical weeding solutions for sustainable farming. Raz holds a PhD in physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience.
Guy Raz co-founded SiteAware (formerly Dronomy) in 2015, a construction tech company that raised $30M, and was formerly a senior researcher at GM's R&D center in Israel before joining Pebbles Interfaces, which was later acquired by Meta.
Raz previously founded a successful digital construction solutions company and describes AgriPass as his passion project. He has extensive experience in electro-optics, AI, and robotics across automotive, consumer electronics, and agriculture sectors.
AgriPass raised $7.5M in seed funding in March 2026, led by Harbor Venture Consulting with support from E44 Climate Ventures. The company won the 2025 Climate Solutions Prize and partnered with leading organizations including EIT Food, Festo Automation, and was selected for NVIDIA's Inception Program.
AgriPass technology processes weeds at the rate of hundreds per second, like having hundreds of human laborers working at once. The company has initiated operations with farmers in the U.S., EU, and Israel, and projects $1 million in revenues for 2026.
