Guy Saxelby is the CEO and Co-founder of Earlytrade, a global fintech platform he launched to transform working capital and liquidity for the construction industry.

Guy holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Financial Markets and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, is a Chartered Accountant, and brings prior experience as a senior advisor at KPMG Australia.

Guy is a member of the Sydney Pacific Chapter at YPO and an active seed investor and advisor across fintech and venture capital, including as a Limited Partner at Antler.

Before Earlytrade, Guy ran Strategic Partnerships at UK digital challenger bank Monese, now backed by PayPal, and scaled The Exchange Lab, which was acquired by WPP, the world's largest media investment group.

Earlytrade has grown to 150,000+ business users with over $3 billion paid early, and recently raised $25 million in total funding, including a Series A led by S3 Ventures, to deploy agentic AI across its construction payments marketplace.
