Guy Weiss

Guy Weiss is the Co-Founder and CEO of Zenzap, a secure AI-powered workplace messaging platform built for frontline and mobile-first teams, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Guy began his career leading a team in an IDF offensive cyber unit, then bootstrapped StuccoMedia, an e-commerce marketing platform, in 2012 and sold it to Market Group in 2015, after which he spent several years as an angel investor and strategy executive.
With nearly 20 years of entrepreneurship across cybersecurity, e-commerce, and M&A, Guy identified a critical gap: frontline workers running operations on insecure personal apps like WhatsApp, creating serious security, compliance, and privacy risks for businesses.
Under Guy's leadership, Zenzap raised $44M in total funding across Seed and Series A rounds co-led by Bessemer and Lightspeed, and grew to serve enterprise clients including FedEx, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and Dollar General.
Zenzap's platform now supports over 10,000 teams daily, with customers having created more than 40,000 automated workflows, and the company has scaled to 45 employees across Tel Aviv, the US, and Europe.
