Hao Sheng is the Founder and CEO of Expertise AI (formerly Chatsimple), a B2B AI platform that helps businesses convert website visitors into customers and empowers account executives to spend more time selling.

Hao holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and built deep expertise in conversational AI through roles at Google, where he contributed to Dialogflow's advanced agent modeling, and at Cresta, a unicorn in contact center AI.

Hao also co-founded an AI insurtech startup earlier in his career, demonstrating a serial entrepreneurial mindset and a consistent focus on applying AI to solve real business problems.

Under Hao's leadership, Chatsimple grew to serve over 25,000 businesses globally, achieving an average 70% lead conversion rate before strategically rebranding to Expertise AI in September 2025 to reflect the platform's expanded agentic capabilities.

Expertise AI has raised $2.5M in funding and recently launched a dedicated AI assistant for account executives, tackling the industry-wide challenge of reps spending over half their time on administrative work rather than active selling.
