Haris earned his MBBS from Imperial College London and built deep clinical and industry experience through roles at the NHS and Anterior, a leading AI health tech company.

As a practicing physician turned founder, Haris bridges the gap between clinical expertise and regulatory technology, bringing firsthand understanding of how complex FDA processes slow down life-saving innovation.

Prior to Panacea, Haris served as Partnerships Lead at Anterior, a healthcare AI startup, and worked within the NHS, giving him rare dual perspective across both clinical delivery and health tech commercialization.

Panacea, backed by Y Combinator (P26 batch), is disrupting the traditional regulatory consulting model by replacing hourly billing with fixed, outcome-based pricing and supporting all major FDA pathways including IND, NDA, BLA, 510(k), De Novo, and PMA.
