Harper Dammann-Smith

Harper Dammann-Smith is the Founder and CEO of Pacific (YC S26), an agentic AI platform that builds digital twins of enterprise organizations to deploy intelligent agents capable of handling complex, knowledge-intensive tasks.
Harper dropped out of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bath to build Pacific full time, having previously worked as a senior propulsion engineer on aerospike engines and cryogenic feed systems, and led AI deployments across superyacht brokerage, private equity, and financial services.
A serial entrepreneur since the age of 18, Harper scaled a DJI drone dealership to £40K MRR and founded one of the UK's largest student startup accelerators, supporting 80+ founders and producing 2 YC-backed companies.
Harper has worked with organisations ranging from early-stage startups to HSBC and EY, and was invited by the CEO of the Financial Times to discuss Pacific's rapid growth after hitting £10K MRR in its first month.
Pacific was accepted into Y Combinator's S26 batch and ranked in the top 1% out of 1,600+ companies at Onstage 2026, with the platform capturing institutional employee knowledge to deploy agents that solve problems only senior staff could previously handle.
