Hassan Mostafa

Hassan Mostafa is Co-Founder and CTO at RASPIRE, a Y Combinator-backed AI-powered runtime security platform protecting mobile apps across banking, fintech, and healthcare.
Hassan, an Egyptian entrepreneur based in the San Francisco Bay Area, spent years conducting offensive security audits and breaking apps for banks and fintechs, accumulating deep expertise in mobile application vulnerabilities.
Alongside co-founder Kareem Selim, Hassan has 15 combined years in offensive security, won CTFs and security hackathons, and performed hundreds of security audits for banks, fintechs, and enterprises.
Hassan co-founded RASPIRE in 2025 to solve the critical gap in post-deployment app security, building a no-code runtime protection platform that requires zero SDK integrations, code changes, or complex configurations.
RASPIRE has achieved early traction with apps already used by 20M+ end users globally, earned a spot in Y Combinator's Spring 2026 batch, and was backed by investors including 500 Global and Sanabil 500 MENA Seed Accelerator.
