Henrik Pedersen is Co-Founder and CEO of OTee, an Oslo-based industrial deeptech company building a B2B SaaS platform for software-defined virtual control systems that is disrupting the industrial automation sector.

Henrik spent 11 years at ABB in sales and business development, playing a pivotal role in building an industrial software business, and later joined the Antler cohort in 2022 where he co-founded OTee.

Henrik holds a BSc in Engineering, an MSc in Industrial Economics, a LEAD certificate from Stanford GSB, and an Executive MBA from NHH in Business Governance, Finance and Leadership.

He was nominated for E24 Leadership Talents 2022 and has secured over €6.5M in total funding from top-tier investors including North Ventures, RunwayFBU, Superangel, and Antler.

OTee has grown to 21 employees from 13 countries and expanded its early-access waitlist to 20 countries, positioning itself as a global force in the modernization of industrial control infrastructure.
