Henrique Dubugras

Henrique Dubugras is Co-Founder and Chairman of Brex, a financial technology company that provides corporate cards and spend management software for businesses. Brex has raised over $1.2 billion and was valued at $12.3 billion before being acquired by Capital One for $5.15 billion in 2026.
Henrique started coding at age 12 in Brazil and founded his first company, Pagar.me, at age 16 with co-founder Pedro Franceschi. He attended Stanford University but dropped out after eight months to build Brex through Y Combinator in 2017.
