Henry is the inventor of Multi-Perspective Issuance Corroboration (MPIC), a now-mandated global internet standard by the CA/Browser Forum that protects HTTPS connections from BGP attacks. He is also the founder of the Open MPIC Project, providing open-source MPIC implementations used in production by several leading Certificate Authorities.
Henry has published extensively at top venues including USENIX Security, NSDI, and ACM SIGCOMM, with his TANGO paper winning the 2025 IRTF Applied Networking Research Prize. Princeton University and Keller Center's eLab have backed Crosslayer Labs, alongside Y Combinator.
The MPIC standard Henry invented secures over 700 million websites through the issuance of over 3 billion digital certificates, effectively protecting every single HTTPS connection made worldwide.
