Henry Brogan is Co-Founder and CEO of BidScript, a Manchester-based AI-native tender management platform helping businesses find, qualify, manage, write and submit bids for public and private sector contracts.

Henry studied Business, Economics and Finance at Loughborough University, where he co-founded BidScript in October 2023 alongside childhood friend Tyler McCarthy after identifying critical inefficiencies in the tendering process through process automation consultancy work.

Henry champions domain-specific AI, asserting that general-purpose models fall short of the rigorous standards demanded by high-stakes public and private sector procurement. At just 21, he built a platform now active across three continents and won a Student Google Pitch competition from over 300 applicants.

Henry led BidScript through the inaugural PraeSeed programme by Praetura Ventures, securing an initial £200k investment, and has since closed a further $800k pre-seed round backed by PXN Ventures and SFC Capital, surpassing $1M in total funding. BidScript is also a member of the Microsoft Founders Hub, unlocking Azure credits and strategic support.

BidScript serves customers across the UK, USA and the Middle East, with early adopters reporting up to 50% higher tender win rates. The platform targets the construction and engineering, IT and education sectors, addressing a market where hundreds of billions in contracts are still managed manually.
