Henry holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University and built deep AI infrastructure expertise at Apple and ByteDance AI Lab before co-founding BackOps AI in 2024.

Henry brings rare full-stack AI engineering experience, having worked across AI research at ByteDance and software engineering at Apple, giving him a unique lens on building production-grade AI systems for complex operational environments.

Alongside co-founder and CEO Sean McCarthy, Henry combined his AI expertise with Sean's Amazon logistics background to build a platform that integrates with WMS, TMS, CRM, and ERP systems, raising $36M across Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds from Gradient Ventures, Construct Capital, 10VC, and Theory Ventures.
