Dr. Heorhii Bohuslavskyi is Co-Founder and CEO of S-Transistors, a Finnish deep-tech startup pioneering a new class of superconducting transistors for scalable, energy-efficient quantum and classical computing.

Heorhii built his expertise as a Senior Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in Espoo, specializing in microelectronics, cryogenic electronics, and condensed matter physics, accumulating over 2,200 scholarly citations.

As a published researcher and inventor, Heorhii identified the critical hardware bottleneck in scaling quantum computers and set out to solve it with patent-pending superconducting transistor technology.

S-Transistors originated from VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and raised 2.6 million euros in pre-seed funding to develop cryogenic signal control prototypes, establish its own cryogenic laboratory, and launch a manufacturing pilot line.

S-Transistors is developing first-of-its-kind quantum motherboards to enable energy- and cost-efficient orchestration of cryogenic quantum computers, with applications spanning quantum computing, energy-efficient classical computing, and spacecraft electronics.
