Het Dave

Het Dave is Co-Founder of Andustry (YC P26), an AI-native platform revolutionizing how manufacturers source and procure industrial goods globally. He is building the infrastructure to help companies find the right suppliers in days rather than weeks, at a fraction of traditional costs.
Het studied Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani and later attended the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in Munich, where he was recognized as a top scholar. He previously worked at FINN as an Applied AI engineer, building and evaluating AI agents in business environments, and also gained experience at BMW Group.
Het received the DPG-Abiturpreis for being a top scorer in Physics and was awarded the Heinrich-Hertz-Gesellschaft scholarship as the single top-scoring student at the Studienkolleg of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. His deep expertise in AI agents and industrial supply chains uniquely positions him to transform a fragmented, manual-heavy market.
Andustry was accepted into Y Combinator's Spring 2026 (P26) batch, a major validation of its approach to digitizing industrial procurement. The platform uses AI agents to autonomously identify suppliers, negotiate deals, and present optimized offers directly to buyers.
Andustry targets SMEs with 20 to 1000 employees and operates an active supplier network spanning Europe, China, India, and the US, delivering first-pass sourcing results within 24 hours and compressing months-long procurement cycles into days.
