Hristo Todorov is the Founder and CEO of DiscreteStack, a Bulgarian deep-tech company building sovereign AI infrastructure that enables enterprises to own and operate their AI on their own servers, free from cloud dependency.

Hristo studied at the Vocational School of Computer Technology in Pravetz and built his career across telecom, fintech, and aviation, later earning a degree from the Technical University of Sofia.

A serial entrepreneur and vocal advocate for European AI sovereignty, Hristo believes that as AI becomes critical business infrastructure, companies must own it rather than rent it from US hyperscalers.

He co-founded CleverPine (110+ engineers), achieved a successful exit with Upnetix in 2018, and co-created VAeroLabs via a joint venture with Lufthansa Technik backed by a €50M investment commitment in Bulgaria.

DiscreteStack secured €800K in seed funding, earned the European Innovation Council Seal of Excellence, joined the NVIDIA Inception Program, and already serves enterprise clients in Bulgaria and international markets.
