Hugo Lu is Co-Founder and CEO of Orchestra, the Agentic Control Plane for enterprise data and AI, unifying pipelines and governed agents into one environment for faster, more reliable operations.

Hugo studied at the University of Oxford, began his career in mergers and acquisitions in London, then moved into data engineering at Juul Labs before leading the data team at London fintech Codat, which raised $100M in 2021.

Hugo co-founded Orchestra in 2023 alongside Will Davies after both experienced firsthand the crippling complexity data engineers face managing fragmented infrastructure, a problem that blocks AI adoption at scale.
