Huimin Xie is Co-Founder of Perfectly (YC W26), the first AI-native recruiting agency that automates the entire hiring pipeline from sourcing to qualification.

Huimin spent 4.5 years at TikTok as a Senior ML Scientist and Tech Lead, where she led LiveStream recommendation systems serving over 100 million users.

Huimin believes AI and humans together will redefine careers, and left a high-compensation role at one of tech's strongest companies to act on that conviction.

At Perfectly, she applies TikTok-scale recommendation system expertise to build smarter candidate-to-company matching, co-founding the company alongside fellow ex-TikTok and ex-Meta ML scientists Victor Luo and Gary Luo.

Within just 6 weeks of launching, Perfectly reached $35K MRR, achieved 4x faster hiring for clients including LlamaIndex, Mintlify, and Giga, and went viral with a career AI tool that surpassed 100K users in 3 days.
