Ibrahim Aldlaigan is the Founder and CEO of Stream, a Riyadh-born billing and payments infrastructure platform transforming how businesses across MENA collect and manage payments.

Ibrahim studied at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology) and built deep expertise in venture capital as an Investment Associate at STV, the largest independent VC fund in MENA, and through roles at Global Ventures and Draper Dragon Fund.

Ibrahim grew up across three continents, attending more than eight schools, an experience that sharpened his ability to understand diverse markets and people, and fueled his conviction that commercialization is just as important as scientific discovery.

Before launching Stream, Ibrahim held roles at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and KAUST, grounding him in both institutional finance and deep tech, before pivoting to build a payments company targeting the underserved B2B billing layer in MENA.

Stream has raised $9.2M in total seed funding from BECO Capital, STV, Outliers VC, Flourish Ventures, Arab Bank, and BYLD Ventures, achieving 40% month-on-month growth and processing millions in payments monthly for hundreds of businesses including Riyadh Schools Group and Atyab.
