Idan co-founded Bonobo AI in Tel Aviv in 2017 alongside the same team, building a conversational intelligence platform that was acquired by Salesforce in 2019 for an estimated $40-50 million.

With roots in elite IDF technological units specializing in AI, Idan brings deep technical expertise in building AI-native products from the ground up and scaling them to enterprise-grade adoption.

After the Bonobo AI acquisition, Idan spent five years at Salesforce leading AI product and engineering efforts, where he observed firsthand how enterprise AI initiatives stall due to implementation complexity and technical debt.

June AI emerged from stealth in August 2026 with a landmark $20 million pre-seed round led by Marc Benioff's TIME Ventures, with backing from Michael Dell, Diane Greene, Aaron Levie, and George Kurtz, signaling strong conviction in the team's vision.
