Ildar Iskhakov is Co-Founder and CTO of Archestra.AI, a London-based open-source platform that acts as a secure middle layer between AI agents and sensitive enterprise data, enabling safe and compliant AI adoption at scale.

Ildar studied at Bauman Moscow State Technical University and has spent over a decade building open-source and infrastructure products, reuniting with childhood friend Matvey Kukuy in Silicon Valley before launching their first venture together.

As a serial entrepreneur with two successful exits, Ildar brings deep technical expertise in building developer-first, open-source platforms that solve mission-critical enterprise infrastructure challenges.

Ildar co-founded incident management platform Amixr in 2019 alongside Matvey Kukuy, which was acquired by Grafana Labs in 2021 and became the foundation for Grafana OnCall.

Archestra has raised $13.5M in total funding, is deployed in production at four Fortune 500 companies, and its open-source core has garnered over 3,700 GitHub stars with 57 contributors.
