Ilya served as General Manager at Uber, scaling operations in Russia and Eastern Europe. He previously co-founded PIK Rent in Eastern Europe, which grew to 10,000+ properties and 50 million dollars GMV before a successful exit in 2021.

Ilya studied at St. Petersburg State University (Physics) and holds a Master's in Management. He has over 15 years of experience building tech-enabled marketplaces and rental platforms with his co-founders.
