Ines Iraki

Ines Iraki is Co-Founder and CEO of Uncovr, a surgical AI company building the system of record for surgery by automatically generating operative reports and procedural coding directly from surgical video.
Iraki studied at HEC Paris and Sciences Po, went on to become the first hire at a fast-growing drug discovery biotech where she built data partnerships with major pharma groups and hospitals, and later became an investor in insurtech and healthtech.
While working in healthcare, Iraki spent time embedded in operating rooms and identified a critical gap between what surgical systems capture and what hospitals are actually able to use, a gap she set out to close with Uncovr.
Iraki co-founded Uncovr in 2025 alongside CTO Johann Diep and Medical Co-Founder Prof. Eric Vibert through the Entrepreneurs First program in San Francisco, bringing together expertise in healthcare operations, AI engineering, and AI-assisted surgery.
Uncovr has secured a pipeline of over 400 operating rooms across the US and Europe, analyzed thousands of hours of surgical video, and raised a $7M seed round led by Index Ventures, with real-world data showing missed billable steps occur in 16% of procedures.
