Isaiah Kaiser

Isaiah Kaiser, PhD, is Co-Founder and CEO of Auxilium Health, Inc., a Cleveland-based medtech startup pioneering next-generation biomaterial technology for hard-to-heal wounds.
Isaiah earned his bachelor's degree and PhD in mechanical engineering with an advanced materials focus from the University of Akron, previously working at LTA Research as Manager of Primary Structure Materials and Test Engineering.
Driven by a personal connection to chronic wounds and a commitment to patient outcomes, Isaiah co-founded Auxilium after recognizing the potential to commercialize breakthrough polymer research, speaking with hundreds of wound care stakeholders before launching.
Isaiah led Auxilium through a $1.5M oversubscribed pre-seed round, a $275K NSF grant, and most recently a $3.4M oversubscribed seed round, securing a headquarters at the Cleveland Clinic's Global Innovation Center.
Auxilium's Aer biomaterial platform targets a $50B+ annual wound care market affecting over 6.5 million Americans, and was selected to pitch at MedTech Innovator from a pool of over 1,000 medtech companies.
