Isha Bhatnagar is Co-Founder and CEO of Beltic, a San Francisco-based startup building agent verification infrastructure (KYA) that enables businesses to verify, authorize, and manage autonomous AI agent transactions in real time.

Isha spent six years at Coinbase leading product for its global regulatory experience, building identity and onboarding infrastructure for 50 million-plus users and bringing the company's first institutional clients through the door.

Isha earned compliance certifications to qualify as a CCO herself, driven by a belief that understanding compliance from the inside is essential to building infrastructure that regulators will trust.

After witnessing firsthand how legacy compliance tools were too slow and manual for the agentic economy, Isha co-founded Beltic in 2025 alongside Mike Allan and CTO Farhan Afsahi to rebuild trust infrastructure from the ground up.

Beltic has raised $8.8M in total funding led by Norwest, emerged from stealth in September 2026, and is pioneering the Know Your Agent (KYA) protocol to secure autonomous agent transactions at scale.
