Jack Flitcroft is Co-Founder and Head of AI at Juno, a San Diego-based AI-powered tax preparation platform purpose-built to automate and streamline workflows for CPAs and tax professionals.

Jack studied Computer Science at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE, class of 2022), where he participated in the Honors program and collaborated with the Medical College of Wisconsin on deep learning models for medical diagnostics.

Jack serves as President of the MSOE Alumni in AI Council, reflecting his commitment to advancing AI education and community, and is known for his rare ability to bridge deep technical AI expertise with practical business strategy.

Prior to founding Juno, Jack led AI initiatives at ChemDirect, an online B2B chemical marketplace, where his implementations were instrumental in the company's explosive growth in 2023.

Juno has grown to nearly 500 customers, automates 90% of data entry across more than 90 document types, and compresses a 2-3 hour tax preparation process down to just 7-10 minutes, raising $12M in seed funding led by Bonfire Ventures.
