Jack Miller is the Co-Founder and CTO of HelmGuard AI, a London-based agentic governance, risk, and compliance platform built to automate security and compliance assessments for regulated industries.

Jack studied at The Australian National University, where he contributed to early large language model research in collaboration with OpenAI and Google, before pivoting from a potential PhD to co-found HelmGuard.

Jack is a published AI researcher with expertise in ML safety, security, robustness, grokking, and adversarial robustness, and has spoken at the Tel Aviv AI Security Forum on novel AI threat vectors.

Jack co-founded HelmGuard alongside former Palantir executive John Daley, backed by Infinity Ventures, Frontline, FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital, and Entrepreneurs First in a $7.3M seed round.

HelmGuard has analyzed 10,000+ suppliers across national infrastructure, reduced customer first-response times from days to minutes, and is expanding into New York and San Francisco.
