Jago Wahl-Schwentker

Jago Wahl-Schwentker is the Founder of transload (YC P26), an AI-powered logistics tech startup that helps carriers automatically measure shipments using existing warehouse security cameras.
Jago studied at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and gained software engineering experience at veli, before building transload through TUM's XPLORE program, TUM Incubator, robo.innovate, and TUM Venture Labs.
Jago identified that LTL carriers lose roughly $50k per site per month because shippers understate shipment dimensions, and set out to solve this with computer vision applied to existing infrastructure.
He co-founded transload alongside Nils Borner and Julius Scheel, earning a spot in Y Combinator's P26 batch, one of the world's most competitive startup accelerators.
transload's AI captures the true size of any shipment as it moves through the warehouse, with 15% of customer shipments found to be larger than declared, unlocking significant rebilling revenue and improved trailer utilization.
