Jaibir Nihal Singh is Co-Founder and Managing Director of TraqCheck, India's first AI-powered background verification platform built on deterministic LLM frameworks to help enterprises hire safely and at speed.

Jaibir studied Communications at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, where he and his co-founders observed the technological gap between India's manual background verification industry and the advanced processes used in the West.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Jaibir also serves as Managing Partner of the Nihal Singh Family Office, investing in real estate and public/private equity, and is a partner and board member of The Quorum Club across Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

Since co-founding TraqCheck in November 2020, Jaibir has led the company through multiple funding rounds, including a bridge round at a $17 million valuation backed by prominent investors such as Alok Oberoi of Everstone Capital and Siddharth Mehta of Bay Capital.

TraqCheck serves over 200 major corporations including Reliance Retail, Bajaj Capital, and Grant Thornton, has doubled its employee count year-over-year, and is actively expanding into Europe starting with the United Kingdom.
