He brings deep expertise in retail operations and workforce technology from his extensive background in consumer goods and retail execution.
James co-founded Jyve in 2015, a Skills-as-a-Service platform that raised $35M and reached $400M in bookings serving major grocery retailers and brands. He also founded Sundia Corporation and studied at University of California, Santa Cruz, with additional executive training at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in Supply Chain and Lean Six Sigma.
James has spent his career addressing labor challenges in retail and consumer packaged goods industries, building platforms that connect skilled workers with enterprise needs. His expertise spans supply chain management, operations, and workforce optimization.
At Jyve, James served as Co-founder, EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, helping build a platform that operates across 31 states with 6,000+ workers serving 4,000+ stores nationally. At Ando, he is focused on using AI to create predictive demand forecasting and intelligent labor allocation for the hourly workforce.

The platform addresses the needs of 80 million hourly workers in the United States who collectively work 146 billion hours annually.
