Jannik Tiedemann is Co-Founder and COO of Circle Health, Europe's first AI-powered full-stack platform for preventive healthcare based in Berlin. Circle Health combines personalized diagnostics with digital tools to prevent chronic diseases before they develop.

Jannik studied International Business at Stockholm School of Economics and worked as an Associate at McKinsey for over 2 years. He then led Global Strategy and Operations at digital health unicorn Kry, where he scaled hybrid care models across Europe.

His personal experience with chronic stress and fragmented healthcare after a COVID-19 infection in 2021 motivated him to co-found Circle Health in 2023 with Peter Malmqvist. The company has treated over 7,000 patients and achieved an NPS above 90.

Circle Health raised 9 million euros in seed funding in February 2026 from Atlantic, CRB Health Tech, Calm/Storm, and Kfund. The company is expanding to Munich, Hamburg, and Dusseldorf over the next year.

Circle Health has served over 6,000 patients since 2023 with an NPS of 85, operating a hybrid clinic model combining physical locations, AI-enabled clinical support, and consumer-facing digital health tools across Germany.
