Jason Hoang is Founder and CEO of InvestStream, an AI-powered fintech platform transforming superannuation, trading, and wealth management for financial institutions across Asia-Pacific. With a background in accounting, he entered financial technology at a pivotal moment and co-founded Xplan, one of Australia's most widely adopted wealth management platforms.

Jason co-founded Xplan Technologies with Andrew Walsh, which was acquired by Iress in 2003 and became integral to the company's success. He spent 23 years at Iress, serving as Managing Director of Asia for over a decade and later as CEO of APAC Trading and Global Market Data, before departing in 2024 to launch InvestStream.

Jason studied at University of Canberra and previously worked as a Paraplanner at William M Mercer and National Sales Marketing Manager at Vision FPS. He is a firm believer in relentless execution and bold leadership, taking immense pride in mentoring talent and driving success.

InvestStream completed an oversubscribed seed funding round at a US$22 million post-money valuation in February 2026, anchored by a strategic institutional investor. The company has formed strategic partnerships with CMC Global and Galaxy Universe to accelerate fintech innovation.

Under Jason's leadership, InvestStream is tackling member engagement in superannuation and modernizing Australia's cash and trading infrastructure. He is focused on making superannuation accessible to millions of disengaged members through technology that is effortless to use, seamlessly integrated, and built to adapt.
