Jason Miller is the Founder and CEO of Foresight Data, a New York City-based AI platform unifying private market data for venture capital and private equity firms. He leads an ambitious vision to become the operating system for the $25 trillion private markets industry.

A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Jason spent over 20 years building data and technology products at leading investment firms, including 9 years at BlackRock leading products for their Aladdin platform and 4 years at Point72 establishing their private markets technology. He then served as EIR and VP of Product at Greycroft from 2021 to 2023, where he assembled the team that would become Foresight.

Jason identified a critical, industry-wide gap: private market investors lacked a unified data layer equivalent to the CUSIPs and ticker symbols that power public markets. His conviction that fragmented, siloed data was the root cause of inefficiency across the entire private market drove him to build Foresight as a solution.

Foresight raised a $5.5M Seed round in June 2025 led by NEA, with participation from Greycroft and KDX Ventures, and serves customers ranging from emerging venture managers to global private equity firms. The platform achieved SOC 2 Type II certification within its first year of operation.

Foresight's AI-driven infrastructure unifies every source of pre- and post-investment private company data including sourcing feeds, CRM, KPIs, cap tables, and fund accounting into a single source of truth. The platform is used by managing partners, deal teams, CFOs, operating partners, and IR teams across the private markets ecosystem.
