Jason Rebholz is Co-Founder and CEO at Evoke Security, an AI security platform that helps companies secure agentic AI systems through threat modeling, monitoring, and detection and response capabilities.

Jason spent over a decade in incident response investigating nation-state cyber attacks and ransomware, then served four years as CISO at Corvus Insurance where he built threat intelligence teams protecting tens of thousands of policyholders.

Jason co-founded and served as COO of MOXFIVE, an incident response firm, and held leadership roles at ICEBRG (acquired by Gigamon) and The Crypsis Group. He regularly speaks on AI security, agentic AI risks, and CISO leadership.

Evoke Security was selected for the 2026 CrowdStrike, AWS, and NVIDIA Cybersecurity Startup Accelerator and is building an early adopter platform for AI agent security. Jason previously helped over a thousand companies respond to sophisticated cyber attacks.

Jason built a threat intelligence team at Corvus that protected tens of thousands of policyholders and implemented innovative vulnerability alerting programs. At MOXFIVE, he defined the vision for Incident Management and Business Resilience services that bridge IT, security, and business leadership.
