Jason Watling is Co-Founder of Haast, an AI-powered enterprise compliance platform that automates marketing and content review for highly regulated industries.

Jason holds a dual Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics and Laws (Honours) from the Australian National University, and previously worked as a lawyer at MinterEllison and a Senior Associate in Deals Strategy at Strategy&.

Jason's unique blend of legal, technology, and data-driven strategy experience gave him firsthand visibility into the compliance burdens facing large enterprises, directly inspiring Haast's founding mission.

Prior to Haast, Jason also founded Wedje, a web design and development agency serving small businesses in Canberra, and held legal roles at Optus, demonstrating a career spanning law, tech, and entrepreneurship.

Haast has raised a total of $19.25M across a pre-seed, seed, and Series A round led by Peak XV Partners, serves Fortune 500 clients, and has achieved 4.5x revenue growth in 12 months with zero customer churn.
