Jay graduated from Butler University with a B.S. in Business Administration and previously co-founded and led eTapestry as CEO for 11 years, growing it to 10,000 nonprofit clients before selling it for $25 million in 2007.
Jay has given over 2,500 speeches worldwide on nonprofit technology and philanthropy. He served 14 years as President and CEO of Master Software Corporation before founding eTapestry.
