Jayam Vora is Co-Founder of PlayBlue, India's first omnichannel multi-brand sports retail platform, positioning the brand at the heart of the country's rapidly growing sports and active lifestyle ecosystem.
A serial entrepreneur based in Mumbai, Jayam studied at D J Sanghvi College of Engineering and built his career across consumer, fitness, and lifestyle businesses in India.
Jayam co-founded Fitternity, India's largest fitness booking platform, which served over one million users before being acquired by Curefit in 2021, marking one of the landmark exits in India's fitness tech space.
Following the Fitternity acquisition, Jayam joined the leadership team at Cult.fit, where he scaled fitness and wellness businesses and led Gold's Gym India under the Cult portfolio; he also held roles at eleme and MISHO.
PlayBlue closed a USD 2.7 million seed round in July 2026 co-led by Centre Court Capital and MIXI Global, with a five-year roadmap targeting 150+ stores, 10 million users, and annual revenue exceeding INR 5,000 crore.
