Jean-François Aubry

Jean-Francois Aubry is Scientific Co-Founder of SonoMind, a Paris-based medical device company pioneering non-invasive ultrasound neuromodulation for drug-resistant depression and other neuropsychiatric disorders.
Dr. Aubry is Director of Research at France's National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and Scientific Director of the Focused Ultrasound Center of Excellence at Physics for Medicine Paris, bringing over two decades of expertise in therapeutic ultrasound.
He holds five patents on adaptive transcranial ultrasound focusing and has delivered more than 80 invited talks at international conferences, establishing himself as a global authority in focused ultrasound therapy.
Dr. Aubry co-led 25 years of foundational research at the Institut Physique pour la Medecine (Inserm, ESPCI Paris, CNRS), and has served as a consultant for Supersonic Imagine and as a scientific advisor to FUSMobile.
