Jeff Hara is Co-Founder and CTO at JustAI, a YC-backed AI-native marketing platform helping enterprises automate personalization, experimentation, and decisioning at scale.

Jeff studied Computer Science and Philosophy at Stanford University and built deep expertise as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Twitter and Automattic, and as an ML Engineer at Mercari.

Jeff brings rare depth in machine learning and recommendation systems, having built ML infrastructure at some of the most data-intensive consumer platforms in the world.

Before co-founding JustAI, Jeff served as a Founder-in-Residence at Foundations, sharpening his entrepreneurial instincts before launching JustAI in 2024 alongside co-founder Neha Mittal.

JustAI has achieved 5X ARR growth, influenced over $100M in customer revenue, and raised $17M in Series A funding led by Base10 Partners with backing from Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners.
