Jennifer Phan is Co-Founder and CEO of Passionfroot, a B2B creator marketplace that connects brands with content creators to power creator-led growth strategies.

Jennifer built her career as an early-stage VC investor at btov Partners, a European venture capital firm, and also served as a Company Builder at Deloitte Digital and Investment Analyst at Rocket Internet SE and Global Founders Capital.

Drawing on her VC background, Jennifer co-founded Passionfroot in late 2021 alongside Jens Joseph Mannanal and Michelle Tian, identifying the gap between B2B brands and the creators their audiences trust.

Jennifer studied at ESCP Europe and has also been an Angel Investor, an On Deck Fellow in the No Code program, and ran a Substack newsletter on the purpose-driven economy in Europe.

Passionfroot has raised $21M+ in total funding including a $15M Series A led by Insight Partners, paid over $10M to creators on its platform in 18 months, and grew revenue 13x in the last year as Jennifer expands operations to New York and Sao Paulo.
